You have a physical Ukrainian driving license and have a temporary residence permit in Denmark because you have fled Ukraine.
You reside permanently in Denmark and your driving licence was issued by an EU country, Faroe Islands, Iceland, Liechtenstein or Norway and it has not expired.The translation must have been made by a public authority or organisation in the country where your licence was issued. You permanently reside outside Denmark. If the driving licence is not written in the Latin alphabet (the script used to write English, for instance), you must show an English or Danish translation of the licence when you present it.
